Spot/preemptable instance support #20

Wonder what makes to not support preemptable options in the current design. I would like to contribute, if there are no identified complications. After referring to the code, found that adding preemptable option looks pretty much strait forward as any other option.

I can spend some time to get this working if thats a direction this plugin want to evolve?
