Add Oracle Cloud support #638

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Yeah the Oracle cloud has a free tier actually, so it may be a good thing and it is said tom be cheap in general.

Which solution do you suggest?
Like AWS etc. Oracle cloud support may be added.

Which alternative solutions exist?
not do it, use another provider?

Hey, @rugk 👋 Thanks a lot for reaching out with this suggestion! I think it's a very good idea. We added it to our roadmap, yet might not get to it really soon.
