Improve UX for Helm apps #162

It is not immediately clear that the warning message about the ingress only refers to the cluster subdomain feature.

I don't understand why the Helm apps are "disabled"/grey color

I think the warning should clarify its scope. Now it looks like it refers to both UI segments

@kostis-codefresh thanks for creating this issue! Yes we can separate this more to make it clearer.

You can simply change the warning message to "To use the cluster subdomain feature you need to have an ingress controller in your cluster"

The confusing part is that you mention nginx and say "see above" which of course points to the Helm applications and the nginx chart directly above

I think that at least w/ 2.3.2 this is looking saner/not confusing, so I think I am going to close this one out! Feel free to re-open if you are still seeing something confusing/wrong!
