Capitalize Karpenter (there were a couple of places with lower case k).

In the node pools sections, make a seperate sesctions (for ease of read), but just make them bold text so they don't show up on the right hand table of contents section.

There are other patterns in the docs on how to navigate how to find things in the UI, but that needs a general overhaul since it's painful whenever we re-design the UI and need to update it. Currently, almost all UI references are out of date.
