Workflow to build CLI docs update PR when a vCluster relase is created.

💡 The intent

In vcluster Repo

• Release is created
• Trigger this workflow passing the git ref and the PR title

In vcluster-docs (When triggered)

• Checkout vcluster repo
• Run just generate-cli-docs
• Copy CLI doc markdown files to vcluster-docs/vcluster/cli
• If changes are detected
  • Create PR with title referencing the vcluster PR

Example workflow creating the PR Example Generated PR *Note I used dummy values like "No title" vCluster PR

The catgory json file is docusaurus metadata. With that in place, but no markdown files, nothing shows up in the docs so it looks like

Once the generated docs are copied into that directory along side the json file we get results like
