feat: dark mode (#308) #327

Closes DOC-308

The CSS is a bit hacky, I had to override a few styles aka !important, but it works.

I think the Slack and GitHub navbar items should also be inverted in dark mode.

Nice catch! Adjusted the colors to fit the selected theme.
