Refactor configuration of sensor in settings

Sensor configurations (i.e. pins, device file path) are defined in the scripts.

This should be refactored in a global configuration:

• Django project's one
• Custom configuration for sensors
• Env var.

Which do you prefer?

Django project configuration seems enough? Are there strong incentives to use the environment? In any-case I'm not found of user multiple configuration files (one for Django, another for the sensors).

The only reason not to use Django conf would be for performances reasons during startup of the scripts.
