Mobile friendly interactive links and achievements #137

This should be applied to the index and a user should be able to sort and position the links or achievements based on where they drag and drop it to. There might be a more mobile friendly alternative to drag and drop.

Okay this wasn't great. I learnt why I probably shouldn't do this and order can be set from hitting the edit button.
