Can't interact with Infobubble in Google Chrome #114

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Google Chrome Browser v. 14.0.835.94 beta (Not sure if not beta versions 
work yet)
2.  Display a info bubble, can't interact with close, or link in bubbles.
3.

Expected result:
Expected result works in Safari and Chrome, haven't tested IE 8 or 9 yet.

Actual result:
InfoBubble becomes no active in Chrome, can not click on elements contained or 
use scroll bar.  assuming z-index issue.

Version: latest

Browser / Operating System:
Google Chrome Browser v. 14.0.835.94 beta / MacOSX 10.6
