Scroll not working properly in chrome #138

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.click on the cluster marker
2.scroll the page up or down
3.

Expected result:
The zoomed map should have scrolled with the rest of the content.

Actual result:
The zoomed map behaves as fixed positioned element and remains at the same 
position.
The markers are set to bounce animation, but it does not work as well

Version: 15.0.874.106

Browser / Operating System:
[e.g. Chrome / WIN7]

Additional comments:
The same link works fine in FF
