*infobubbles doesnt show cursor on map until scrolling around on map or hovering over popup/markers #147

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Loading the map

Expected result:
cursor to be visible at all times?

Actual result:
disappears until you scroll around on the map and then it shows up. Also shows 
up when you mouse over markers or infowindows.

Version: 0.8

Browser / Operating System:
Chrome / Mac OS X
