A step towards moving towards l2tdevtools

forgot to update travis and appveyor configs, pushed them.

Still surprised that tests run and complete, since none of these tests ever complete correctly on my workstation, mainly due to the fact that the sqlite library is used in a way that shouldn't work, and doesn't according to the sqlite library's documentation... hence all my tests fail like they should, that is something to fix at a later date, but Travis is green again
