Update CLI to work with new updates. #30

The CLI only works with the v1.0 of the scaffolder, need to upgrade the CLI to work with the new 2.0 version

The CLI is more or less ready by now, can be seen here: https://github.com/kiddinn/PlasoScaffolder/tree/cli

However this CL is too large for a single PR, so I'm splitting it up into at least two if not three PRs.

Also the current state of the cli branch is that's missing tests.

The feature branch "cli_cl" will be used for the final PR.
