Adding timesketch definition to scaffolder.

the travis test is also one that I will get rid of in a future PR.

The tests are failing on an old test, from the older part of the tool, which will be removed shortly.

The test fails unless I do the _ yet on travis it expects -, difference in click I assume, but again, will be removed.
