chore(sec-vul): security vulnability fix - old amqlib has vulnability

log4js-node/rabbitmq package uses amqlib that use url-parse which has sec-vul in the old version amqlib fixed the sec-vul, so I took a newer version of amqlib to fix the security vulnerability of log4js/rabbitmq package

I would like it if you could merge it and publish a new version of the package, otherwise, we can't use it in the package anymore
