Placing Towers #19

We need a way to place towers on the map.

@Logi0 How about making a queue of towers that are made, and each time the player clicks build tower and desired location, then the tower would be built. By the way, I am going to China for two weeks. I might not be able to collaberate as much as before for those two weeks.
