slight modifications --
Great ideas TheSentinel387!
@TheSentinel387 Awesome ideas! The only thing I think should be changed is the Lightning/Tesla tower, which should deal static amount of damage (still doubling against flying creatures), and have a 50% probability of attacking another creature, and then another, and then another...
Actulaly flying should not be affected by lightning/Tesla since they are not touching the ground but dealt double damage by an arrow and have upgrades to that be explosive and fire (one or the other)
oh, I think they should take damage. maybe double. but that would b one of the only towers that could affect flying heroes.

Or create a tower just for fliers. There's a lot of possibilities.
@graeme22 I thought we had already agreed that dust was AP and there would be no tower overlaps.... I dunno. Ask Logan.

Ah lovely. I like the idea. I think the lightning/tesla tower is OP (overpowered) based on the description. I think it should have max amount of mobs it can hit, and deal less damage when bouncing off.
yeah. I think it is a little too powerful. if we don’t make it the lightning tower, what will be the long-range, medium-damage tower? or will we have one?

I am tring to look atbthis from an outside perspective. If u made it a tesla tower with stun chance you could make lightning a power. Other than that idk.
I personily think it would be a good idea to have a tower that does have damage to ground and more damage to flying attackers. But yeah a tesla tower that does damage to all on the ground is a good idea and if you upgrade it it can do more and affect fliers as well. And if you upgrade the tower that affects fliers it will deal a lot more damage to ground attackers so as to even it out to almost the same damage to fliers. It's just an idea.
I don't get it, since when were we talking about upgrades? Let me spell it out for you: THE TESLA TOWER IS A BASE TOWER. IT DOES NOT NEED UPGRADING TO ATTACK FLIERS AND GROUND UNITS.
And if we add upgrades to hit fliers, it still doesn't need to boost damage to ground units as well.
And @zento How about it gets weaker by 15-25% per hit, or do the same amount of damage until it kills something, then have a 1, maybe 2 second cooldown?

Yup seems were good.
I think the poison tower should shoot poison darts slowing them down.
@Tmac72915 The poison tower already shoots poison which DoT's heroes. We already have a slowing tower.
And @Logi0 can you remove the tower rank icon and/or replace it with tower upgrade level, IF we do tower upgrades?
IF we do tower upgrades, yes.
And are we going to go with updates to the games, or just release it and see how it goes? (we could implement upgrades after user testing/in a separate update)
Are we going to be putting damage and range down in the descriptions? Feel free to correct me anywhere or enhance or add onto my ideas!
Defense (Basic) tower - Your average, run-of-the-mill tower. Shoots bullets. Ray tower - An improved version of the Defence tower. Now can shoot rays! Dust tower - Releases choking dust, doing low damage but ignoring armour. Lingers on a block or on a hero when it hits! Ice tower - Tired of enemies slipping past your towers? The Ice tower freezes them in their tracks, as well as doing medium damage to armour! Flame tower - A strong, AoE tower, which does high damage but low damage to armour! Poison tower - Poisons those pesky heroes, slowing them down, while dealing a moderate DoT until they are healed by another hero (Idea for hero ability, anyone?) or until the day they die! Lightning / Tesla tower - Has a chain effect, making the shot bounce from hero to hero, gradually becoming stronger, until it kills something! Does double damage against flying units! Curse tower - A mysterious experimental tower you bring back from the reject bin to aid your defence. Causes an area of effect, which does moderate armour - piercing damage (Ignores armour) while melting through their armour, slowing them and poisoning them for a good measure, all while buffing all monsters in a small area!
