Can't figure out how to have a text hover over hexagons #2

I want to have a short piece description appear when I hover over my shapes. Can't find any code or figure out how to make it work with my grid

I unfortunately think the only easy way would be to put all the unit classes and CSS for the hexagons onto a <div> that surrounds the image. Then we can have text and the image inside that div.
