Added foam output to horses2plt #135

Addons for foam output. Tested and compiled.

@hmarbona, thanks for the update. This is the one integrated in horses2plt right? Could you add to the manual a brief explanation + an example (command line instructions) of how to use it?

Correct, I will add it into the manual, The command line is identical following the tecplot
