horsesConverter addons #145

This addons has capabilities: interpolate result to other mesh with identical geometry, convert mesh to OpenFOAM format, and convert VTK from OpenFOAM to .hsol format

Hi, all have been added now inc. documentation and openfoam setup for NACA0012 test case.
