I wasn't able to reproduce this with a new project, but this has happened on more than one project. One purged example project here.
Our best current workaround is to simply undo the 2 entries created by No Plot. Otherwise, the other fix is to open the plan View Template’s Model Categories v/g overrides and uncheck Lines > NPLT, click Apply, then re-check NPLT.
Detail Lines on Sheets or in Detail Views are unaffected. NPLT Dimensions and Text are also ok.
