Keyscore-Manager still not loading in Internet Explorer #45

The keyscore-manager is still not loading in InternetExplorer although we`re now using webpack v4.19.0

i don't want to add this issue to milestone 0.2.0 because i don't want to defer the release. but we have to resolve the internet explorer problem soon, because its an attack vector.
