UI-Bug: Block configuration area has a horizontal scrollbar in Firefox #78

In Firefox, the block configuration area has an unwanted horizontal scrollbar. Resizing the window, zooming the page or collapsing the sidebar does not fix the problem.

The configuration screen that appears in the same area for changing the name and description of the pipeline does not have the same problem.

Just noticed that it also has a vertical rectangle on the right, which looks like the background of a scrollbar. This has been there for a few weeks already, but is probably now what causes the horizontal scrollbar to appear.
