[WIP] Update Dockerfile to build from scratch #178

@gregswift @mindjiver, this is an experimental Pull Request to update Dockerfile - right now, the current Dockerfile configuration requires .deb package ready in advance which is not good for testing purposes. If you plan to release, testing before releasing should be done across all of the environments.

@gregswift, @mindjiver, built and pushed the image to my own hub - you can pull the image from samirmusali/logdna-agent:latest.
