Respect documented service limits #37

See your documentation: https://docs.logdna.com/docs/ingestion#service-limits The hostname is particular is restricted for no reason to 80 chars.

Thanks, you're absolutely right. I'm guessing that this was just an oversight that happened long ago, but we will make sure these limits are verified and enforced correctly.
