chore(ci): Bump to node:17

Start using node:17 as the default version, and update the CI matrix to a minimum of node:14.

fix(docs): README should recommend @logdna/browser for client-side

The old example used for "client-side logging" was incorrect. We have since created @logdna/browser specifically for client-side logging, so we should promote that instead.
