Slogan Placement #25

The slogan "An Open Data initiative to monitor logging roads in the Congo Basin Rainforest" appears under the header on each page, instead of under the logo. This can look odd.

@BKessle I think the redesign addresses this? Reopen and comment if you have further feedback.
