Is OSMLY stable?

Can MapRoulette import data?

I think we've mostly completed phase 1 imports at this point. If we need to do this in the future, I would consider using to-fix (very similar idea to MapRoulette). We can import the data in bulk into another database (not OSM) then show each road to a user in to-fix.
I think we would want to do two things:

1) Confirm it isn't already in OSM. We can show the line over OSM data, possibly a custom style with tracks/paths emphasized. 2) Confirm that the road is visible in satellite imagery

If they say everything looks okay, then we let them submit it to OSM and we important that one way into OSM using their OSM account. That way we are not bulk loading and every single way gets a manual review.
