Add forceHTTPS in case of mobile where we are in file protocole #44

Hi,

I am using this library in the context of a cordova app and I am not having http/https as protocol but file. So I implemented a parameter to force to HTTPS. I am not sure to follow you way of releasing so please let me know what to do to have it merged.
