There was a vulnerability in the last version of the request library. We decided to replace it with node-fetch.

We decided to close this PR. It was classified as low urgency since we don't depend on the vulnerable code. It will be addressed as part of a scheduled larger rewrite of node-loggly-bulk. More information is here.
