Missing terminology #157

We are missing 2 modeled terms in this section: 415684004 |Suspected (qualifier value)| and 398166005 |Performed (qualifier value). I suspect that the first is something that could not be modeled per the KAS. I think the second is probably an error in the TSR and does not belong here. Future issue.
