content in knart is not what is included in the white paper #163

the white paper includes info for the user to request screening from radiology and has a place to document the referring physician.

the knart includes a much larger set of information to be gathered in the 'consults and referrals' section. where did this information come from and why is it included?

From CCWP-Order Set -Consults and Referrals [Begin Consults and Referrals.] [Section Prompt: Based upon the patient’s history, indicate the appropriate options for the screening osteoporosis order.] [Section Selection Behavior: Optional.] [Technical Note: The following list provides the basic components of the consult request. This is the high-level, encompassing artifact, and must be combined with the documentation template and order set to form a fully functional knowledge artifact.] [Section Prompt: To determine appropriate osteoporosis screening for this patient, please provide the following information.] Consult Specialty: Endocrinology Reason for Consult: Osteoporosis Screening [Goal of Consult: Would you please provide your recommendations and: ☐ Return to Primary Care Provider (PCP) for therapy ☐ Start treatment and return to PCP for follow up and maintenance ☐ Start treatment, monitor for effect and when on stable therapy return to PCP ☐ Treat as long as necessary (or indefinitely) Priority: Routine [Section Prompt: Referring Physician Information?]

Referring Physician Name Referring Physician Contact Information The XML includes expansion of the Referring MD information and Contact information. The paper we authored against, dated 3.28.2018_Osteoporosis Final, does not have reference to: "screening from radiology and has a place to document the referring physician". Minor changes, which improve data collection. No action. Cross validate final paper with the paper we authored against.
