applicability differs from white paper #166

in the white paper is says 'gynocology' here is says 'woman's health'

note that in KNART 08, which is the same white paper, the applicability says 'gynocology' as is in the white paper. i would expect consistency across the KNARTS for a single white paper.

To include primary care and designated women's health providers. L2 correct however speciality is not inclusive for Gynecology. Can change target user to Gynecology or can add Workflow settings for Primary Care and Gynecology. Technical Review_Applicability use and modeling. Backlog
