content in the medications section seems beyond what is specified in white paper #18

see line 964 in xml: The white paper says: "Consider discontinuation of nonessential medications that may contribute to the patient's symptoms."

the xml includes this above text, but also includes space to enumerate meds to discontinue.

The content in the xml this seems to going beyond what is in the white paper. In the white paper, we are just stating to add a recommendation as a statement. This should be clarified.

Discussed. The authoring team included the ability to discontinue a med using constructs in the KAS.
