lab tests are not 'stat' #19

see all the laboratory tests. The all end with 'now', but this does not need to be done as a stat order.
When looking at the TSRs, I see that we didn't have the context to realize 'stat' wasn't necessary.

need to update the terminology and remove the 'stat' qualifier.
