The coding and implementation of a priority must be based on a standardized definition of the timing and order of activities. Because the white papers were not written using such a standard, it is not possible to accurately code these concepts in the TSR without requiring further review. When these terms are defined and approved they will be reincorporated into a future phase of each paper. Per discussion of instances with the coding team. Terminology team is no longer coding NOW.

@linophth Per the comments in 207, can you confirm the intended meaning of "NOW" (which isn't the same as "STAT")?
I know that what the clinicians intended was a priority of routine. I agree priorities should have been standardized in the white papers. That was mentioned in KBS comments numerous times but never acted upon.
