The elm expression and coding has an upper and lower bound time which represents the ability to have a time entry selection or "specified time. No action.

@preston Preston, The way they modeled this makes sense to me but it just doesn't use the modeling in the TSR. Does it look OK to you? @WendelynB Are you a surfer, Wendelyn? My daughter and her fiancé head to Costa Rica tomorrow for that purpose!

@linophth The TSR indicates, "Use X for specified time", and the KNART references a Timestamp for a CollectInformationAction, so what @WendelynB said makes sense to me!
