Manual post-delivery revalidation passed. Metadata seems sane.

Minor issues:

• Applicability "PatientAgeGroup" should be "Adult patients", not "All patients"
• KAS issue of not being able to interject prompts or categories of items for display purposes
• Did not cross-reference with TSR.

Recommendation: Approve.
