White paper chapter 6. This same issue, with the same reference, has been found in other KNARTs.

"AHA Risk Calc" (or similar) is referenced in b35, b8, and o30, though I'm not seeing this exact issue filed already. Labeling for future implementation.

@linophth Does this issue affect any of the cardiology KNARTs?

Yes, this one only - B8. There is one other where this resource is referenced (chest pain), but is appropriate and belongs in that one.
