Disagree. This is not authored to the CCWP. The CCWP calls for both the EKG and the echo. The XML mentions an echo in the middle of the EKG section and then there is no echo section at all.

The ticket that opened was interpreted to review the use of the word echocardiogram versus electrocardiogram. You are correct that the Echocardiogram....needs to be removed after the 12 lead EKG....and the associated modeling will need to be inserted for the omitted components.

CDS_Fix_L2 authoring validation and associated L3 authoring to create appropriate TSR and modeling.
