White paper 6.3 What you proposed as a user prompt is actually one of the selection items that would occur below the prompt. Your title value make more sense to display to the user: "Cardiac event monitor to evaluate for syncope/presyncope now"

Matches CCWP used to author. Interpretation. No action.

DOES NOT match CCWP. This is the user prompt in the CCWP: "Cardiac event monitor to evaluate for syncope/presyncope now". Future implementation concern - prompts that are expected to be displayed to the user should not be modified by the authoring team.
