White paper 6.3. For the electrocardiogram, you forgot to include the code for ordering it only if it wasn't done in the past 2 months. You skipped the echocardiogram entirely.

@linophth Please check lines 478-481 for the 2 month portion of your issue.

@linophth and I found echocardiogram at line 613. Does that address your concern?

No. That is a typo. The word echocardiogram was dropped into the middle of the electrocardiogram section. There is no electrocardiogram section.

That doesn't work. You have to reference it in the section below and they forgot to do that.
