I have completed review of the KNART XML for b20, but no PDF validation report is available to review. Can approve once that issue is resolved.

I have completed review of the KNART XML for b22, but no PDF validation report is available to review. DO NOT APPROVE - it appears that the content may belong to another KNART - see issue #268

I have reviewed and APPROVE b20, b21, b23, b24, b25, b26, and b27. I do NOT YET APPROVE b22 - there is a very simple issue that must be addressed first. All validation reports are now available in PDF.
