Given the naming of "CDSK_KRprt_OS_B17B18B19TBI.xml" it looks like this is intentional, but assuming so it probably shouldn't be checked in three times to the b17, b18, and b19 directions. It's confusing and for people without a diff viewer isn't apparent.
