B36 files need cleanup. #270

Could someone please remove the incorrect KNART and validation report XML files for B36 real quick? The versions with "Case Conflict" in the title are different from the ones with "normal" names, and the extras are messing up reporting.

Never mind -- this had me blocked so I just fixed it myself.
