While there are guidelines supporting the appropriate modification to medications around cardiac cath, agree with the comment that none specifically are referenced here. Also, further modifications to the recommendations could reference other medication classes. Therefore, while the author was likely seeking to be more clear about the context of the comment, will revert to the original section prompt and hold recommendations for alignment with CCWP.
Reasonable interpretation difference but will plan to address for alignment with CCWP.

Returning issue to PO.
@a-dru-desai Apurva, this has been noted as an item to be fixed; is there something else needed for our team to review, or was this an accidental reassignment?
@kthlnkeating Nope. Error on my part.
Addressed in authoring. Waiting delivery to VA.
Appears resolved. CC @linophth
@preston Not resolved. Nothing has changed. The "text equivalent", in each section, still refers to guidelines that are not referenced, and may not even exist. It does not seem to me that this issue should be closed.

"textEquivalent value="Hold insulin per Cardiac Catheterization Guidelines" is not what is in the white paper, and is incorrect because no guidelines were referenced nor do we know if they exist. This should read simply "This section applies to patients who are on medications which should be held prior to cardiac catheterization", as is found in the white paper.
This issue applies throughout the "hold medications" section, so please address it throughout.
