The Depression white paper has been approved for sharing y VA SMEs. The edited Word document (tracking turned on) that is attached is the version approved by SMEs. No other related artifacts were reviewed. 20180413CDSK_CCWP_B34B46B67DepConsul_Final_508_copyright_KBS_APPROVED_LLW.docx

@Fcuello I can't tell why this was closed, as there are no comments or references from any commits. Have all these changes been made?

@a-dru-desai FYI this is another case where the entire appendix of acronyms is missing from the delivered XML. :(
