Correct title for the Mental Health: Iraq & Afghanistan Post-Deployment Screen - Rule to Create Appropriate Order Set artifact #476

I noticed that the existing title for the following artifact may have a redundant "Rule" at the end of the title. Would you like me to remove the second "Rule"?
