Reproductive Health white paper approved by VA SME's for sharing with CDS connect. #482

The reproductive health white paper has been extensively edited, then approved, by VA clinical leadership.

Attached please find 1 document with changes tracked, 1 clean copy, and one document compare (Word) that shows all changes from the original – I included that in case there is anything that got missed in the track changes version. For convenience I am including the original as well. Next step is for Nikhil Tuteja to make the changes in the XML, in preparation for sharing with CDS Connect.

I take it back - the reproductive health white paper is NOT quite ready - needs review by Sally Haskell first. This is a good thing - we're making sure it's done right.
