Two typos in the Hypoglycemia Rule #484

This feedback is about the following CDS Connect Artifact: Endocrinology: Hypoglycemia Rule https://cds.ahrq.gov/cdsconnect/artifact/endocrinology-hypoglycemia-rule

In the XML file of its ECA Rule (i.e., CDSK_KRprt_ECA_B3Hypogly.xml), there is two typos:

The unit should be "percent".

Another typo: "Actifvate" should be "Activate"
